Mr. Peter Ngan received his electrical and electronic engineering training at the University of Hong Kong. He worked in a financial information provider for two years and learned that it is salesmen that make the most money and command the most resources in a company.
Then, he worked as an insurance agent because no one else would hire such a nerdy engineer as a sales. With his diligence, trustworthiness and eagerness to learn, he managed to survive in the insurance business and accumulate a small capital, i.e. money and knowledge in sales and marketing.
